Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision and use of network and related services provided by LIFECYCLE Network Services Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By subscribing to, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Definitions
•    “Services” means all network, internet, connectivity, managed network, support, and related services provided by the Company.
•    “Customer” / “You” means any individual or organization that subscribes to or uses the Services.
•    “Equipment” means routers, switches, cabling, antennas, or any hardware supplied or installed by the Company.


2. Scope of Services
2.1 The Company shall provide network services as described in the applicable service order, quotation, or service level agreement (SLA).
2.2 Services are subject to availability, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or suspend Services for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.


3. Customer Obligations
You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information during registration and throughout service use. Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Not misuse the network, including attempting unauthorized access, distribution of malware, or illegal content. Ensure that your equipment and internal network do not interfere with the Company’s network.

4. Acceptable Use Policy
The Customer shall not: - Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. Interfere with network integrity or security. Resell or redistribute Services without written authorization. Transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights.
The Company may suspend or terminate Services for violations.

5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Service fees are as stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, or agreement.
5.2 Payments must be made on or before the due date indicated on the invoice.
5.3 Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
5.4 All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

6. Installation and Equipment
6.1 Equipment provided remains the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed.
6.2 The Customer shall take reasonable care of all Company equipment.
6.3 The Company is not responsible for faults caused by third-party equipment, power issues, or Customer negligence.

7. Service Availability and SLA
7.1 The Company will use reasonable efforts to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7.2 Service levels, response times, and remedies (if any) are governed by the applicable SLA.

8. Suspension and Termination
8.1 The Company may suspend or terminate Services if: - The Customer breaches these Terms Payments are overdue. Required by law or regulatory authorities.
8.2 The Customer may terminate Services in accordance with the notice period specified in the service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for: - Indirect or consequential losses. Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
9.2 The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Customer for the affected Services in the preceding three (3) months.

10. Data Protection and Privacy
The Company processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Services, documentation, and network infrastructure remain the property of the Company or its licensors.

12. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, power failures, strikes, or government actions.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available on the Company’s website or communicated to Customers.
